TUPT National Women’s Month Celebration Opening Ceremony

Celebrating National Women's Month! 💜

On March 5, 2025, the faculty, staff, and students of TUP Taguig gathered to honor and recognize the invaluable contributions of women in society. The event commenced with a warm and engaging speech from Dr. Emmanuel Ferrer, setting an inspiring tone for the celebration. His message underscored the significance of empowering women and fostering an inclusive community where everyone thrives. This was followed by an uplifting address from Ms. Annaline P. Tanto, the Gender and Development focal person, who emphasized the importance of continuous advocacy for gender equality and women's rights.

The event was not only a time for reflection but also a celebration of unity and empowerment. Participants actively engaged in the festivities, showing their solidarity and appreciation for the resilience and achievements of women. Dr. Rexmelle F. Decapia Jr. delivered closing remarks, leaving the audience with heartfelt words that reinforced the importance of supporting and uplifting one another. To cap off the celebration, attendees enthusiastically joined a lively Zumba session, symbolizing the spirit of togetherness and empowerment.
